The Tourneo Custom features a flexible track-mounted seating system in the second and third rows, allowing seats to slide forward or backward or be removed entirely to accommodate passengers or cargo. The interior boasts premium materials, a flat cabin floor, and an electronic parking brake to enhance space and comfort. Rear passengers benefit from individual USB charging ports, overhead lighting, and improved soundproofing for a quieter ride.

Designed with a lower floor height and integrated side step, the Tourneo Custom facilitates easy ingress and loading. The optimised platform enables a reduced overall height of under two metres, allowing access to garages and multi-storey car parks. With the second and third-row seats removed, the vehicle offers a loading volume of up to 6.8 cubic metres, providing ample space for various needs.

The vehicle comes standard with advanced driver assistance systems, including Pre-Collision Assist, Cruise Control with Intelligent Speed Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, Driver Alert, and a 180-degree camera system with front and rear parking sensors. Six airbags, comprising dual front, side, and curtain airbags, are fitted, with ISOFIX points available on all three seats in the second row and the two outboard seats in the third row, ensuring comprehensive safety for all occupants.
