One of the standout features of the Next-Generation Ranger is its enhanced cargo management system. The cargo box has been widened by 50mm, allowing it to accommodate a standard European pallet between the wheel arches (up to 1,224mm). Depending on the model, the payload capacity ranges from 964kg to 1,186kg. To secure cargo effectively, the load box includes six tie-down points, and on XL models, external tie-down rails are designed to easily fit ratchet straps and ropes. Durable plastic box top and tailgate capping protect the load box edges, ensuring longevity during heavy-duty use.

Built on Ford’s global Built Ford Tough design, the Ranger Super Cab boasts an assertive stance with a more upright front grille, signature C-clamp headlight treatment, and pronounced wheel arches. The hydro-formed front-end structure not only improves design and packaging but also provides greater airflow to the radiator, keeping the engine temperature low during demanding tasks like towing or carrying heavy loads. This design also allows space for an auxiliary battery if required.

The Ranger Super Cab offers a choice between the refined and economical 2.0L Single Turbo diesel engine, producing 125kW and 405Nm of torque, and the more powerful 2.0L Bi-Turbo diesel engine, delivering 154kW and 500Nm of torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual or automatic for the Single Turbo, and a 10-speed automatic for the Bi-Turbo variant. The vehicle’s upgraded chassis features a 50mm longer wheelbase and a 50mm wider track compared to previous models, enhancing stability and handling.
